Refunds and Returns Policy

Please make a selection of what to buy, everything is on sale as it is, where it is.

We need not refund or replace you when you:

Thought otherwise and no longer desire the product.
Placed incorrect order (before any purchase, make sure you freeze the compatibility of

• the product and all other details).
• Found it cheaper elsewhere.
• Misused it and Broke it.
• Used Battery - 2 Weeks Warranty.

Although we strive to make sure that everything we sell is of merchantable quality, that it does not go without blemishes, but is being sold as seconds.

The auto part sold by WA Auto Parts is of second hand parts which are termed as second and might have unknown defects and hence cannot be refunded. Consumer guarantees are not applicable in the event that: you are aware or ought to have been aware of the defects prior to the purchase of the product; or where you purchased the item as a one-off.

WA Auto parts will take back the returns and will either exchange it or refund on the fault.

Under certain conditions, WA Auto Parts can provide store credit. In the meantime, do hold onto your evidence of purchase - e.g. your receipt.
